"I really wanted to like this more because..."
I really wanted to like this more because I do appreciate the activism angle, but the whole thing felt a bit performative to me. Like, I get what they’re trying to do, and I respect the cause, but the brand vibe just didn’t fully sit right. The product itself was fine, I guess, but nothing that made me feel like it was worth the hype. Kind of disappointing, to be honest.

"Shipping was a total joke"
I really wanted to be happy with this order, but the shipping was a mess. It took way longer than it should have, and the tracking was basically useless, so I was just sitting there for days with no clue where my package was.
When it finally showed up, the box was fine, but by then the whole thing had already annoyed me. Customer service did answer, but their response was worthless. Unless they get their shipping situation together, I doubt I’ll be ordering again.

"Looked cute at first, but didn’t hold up"
I really wanted to like this because the color was cute when I first put it on, but it got patchy quickly and felt dry after about an hour. The packaging was fine, so no complaints there, but the lipstick itself just didn’t wear well on me. I also felt a little talked down to when I had questions about it, which didn’t help. For the price, I expected better

"Nice shade range and the color actually shows up"
I was happy with this. There are a lot of shades to choose from, and the color shows up really well once applied. Any patchiness is avoidable if you take your time blending, so overall it’s been easy to use.

"I reached out to customer service about..."
I reached out to customer service about my order and basically got no real response for days. It was frustrating just waiting around with no clear answer. At that point, I didn’t feel like ordering from them again. Save your time if you’re expecting quick or helpful support.
